JSW Energy Certified as Great Place To Work
JSW Energy participated in an employee engagement survey in October 2021, wherein, 88% respondents across locations submitted their feedback anonymously to Great Places To Work Institute.
Survey Participants have to respond to 72 statements, which are aligned to Trust Index© Score. There are 5 dimensions to assess Trust in the Organization – Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie. Organizations are assessed on these parameters along with assessment of their people practices for this certification.
Great place to Work® certification is the most definitive “Employer-of-Choice” recognition that organizations aspire to achieve. The Certification is recognized World over by employees and employers alike and considered as the “Gold standard” in identifying and recognizing Great work culture. In India, the institute partners with more than 1100 organizations annually across over 22 industries to help them build High-Trust, High-Performance Cultures™ designed to deliver sustained business results. The institute assess and considers whether an organization has met the threshold on Trust Index© and Culture Audit© is also a ‘Great Place to Work® FOR ALL’ while certifying them. As the next steps, the survey Insights will be shared post which a cross functional team will work on focus areas and create sustainable actions around them for the year ahead.
